Regulations

1) No cancellation is allowed once orders has been processed.

2) A 50% upfront payment per order is required on any purchase. Balance amount will be paid by C.O.D. Full payment is required though for Postal delivery option.

3) Please do not bargain as prices are fixed (bulk orders above RM100 in single purchase excluded).

4) We’re not responsible for any lost mail via postal delivery, be it normal or registered mail.

Delivery

1) There are 3 ways to collect your goods upon purchase:

a) Meeting out at major PUTRA LRT station is most preferable method for delivery. RM3 per order (regardless of amount) will be charged as delivery payment, and this delivery payment will be waived if your order size is above RM100.

b) Self collection at designated location around Klang Valley,where such location will be informed to fellow buyers upon purchase. No delivery payment will be imposed.

c) Postal delivery/Delivery to home.Charges will be imposed depending on the weight of objects. Goods will be delivered by registered mail and delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days. Delivery charges will still be imposed even if order size is above RM100 (free delivery is available if your location is around Petaling Jaya or KL).
